Nastia offers two ways to use the platform: a consumer product available globally on iOS, Android, and the web, and a partner programme for research and commercial integrations.
Consumer product
The consumer companion application is offered on a freemium model, with optional subscription tiers that unlock advanced features such as long-form memory depth, voice generation, and image synthesis. Pricing is shown in the application at the point of purchase, in the user's local currency. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the application.

A baseline experience with limited daily messages, voice replies, and image generations. Suitable for evaluating the product without commitment. - Standard
A full-featured monthly subscription with extended message volume, full voice generation, and standard image synthesis. The most common tier. - Unlimited
For users who want the deepest long-form memory, the highest message volume, and priority routing to the latest models.

Research and partner access
For research collaborations, integrations, and select commercial partnerships, we offer programmatic access to parts of the platform under custom terms. Pricing is bespoke and depends on volume, latency requirements, and use case. To enquire, write to [email protected] with a description of what you would build.
Billing and payments
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Nastia does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data on its own infrastructure. See our Security page for the full description.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, please write to [email protected] within fourteen days of purchase and we will review your request in line with applicable consumer law.
