This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on Nastia's research and partner platform: the corporate website at nastia.com, the developer and research programme described on the Developers page, and any related partner or research integration. Use of the consumer companion application at nastia.ai is additionally governed by the in-app Community Guidelines and Content Policy presented to users on first use of the application.

Violations of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of access to the platform, removal of content, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

You may not

  • Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate, distribute, or solicit pornographic, sexually explicit, or other adult content through the corporate platform, the developer or research programme, or any partner integration
  • Generate or distribute content that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, anywhere on any Nastia service
  • Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group
  • Generate content intended to defraud, deceive, or impersonate a real person without their consent
  • Attempt to extract personal data about other users, including by social engineering, scraping, or reverse engineering
  • Circumvent or disable safety features, content filters, or rate limits
  • Use the platform to develop weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or cyber weapons
  • Use the platform to plan or execute attacks against critical infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer the platform or its underlying models, except as permitted by law
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our prior written consent
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform in ways that violate the rate limits or terms communicated through the API or developer programme

Reporting violations

If you encounter a violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review every report and respond to credible concerns within two business days. For matters requiring urgent attention, please mark the email "URGENT" in the subject line.

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of automated detection, user reports, and human review. We aim to apply the policy consistently and proportionately to the conduct in question. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination of access.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new patterns of abuse or new product capabilities. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
